Welcome to the South Molton Agency web page. South Molton is situated at the southern tip of Exmoor and covers an area from Somerset and South Exmoor in the north to the Chulmleigh and Winkleigh district in the South. The market town of South Molton is often referred to as the 'Gateway to Exmoor' and supports two livestock markets per week (cattle on Tuesdays and sheep on Thursdays). The Agency area is one of the most rural in England and is home to the largest farmer owned co-operatives in the country; Mole Valley Farmers Ltd. Mole Valley Farmers was started as a buying group by local farmers with the support and encouragement of the National Farmers Union, both locally and nationally.
The office prides itself on providing a friendly and efficient service and we are always here to help you with a view to meeting your needs. Our office hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Team members
Rosemary Ergenc
Rosemary Ergenc has worked for the Agency for the last six years dealing with all general enquiries, quotes and claims.
Monica Ashton
Monica Ashton has been with the Agency for two years and her main responsibilities include running the Accounts and Credit Control section as well as dealing with enquiries.
Jo Brown
Jo Brown has worked for the Agency for the last seven years. Following a short break for maternity Jo has returned to the office on a part-time basis and has responsibility for dealing with claims and general enquiries for quotes.
Sara Brasier
Sara Brasier is the newest member of the team having joined us at the beginning of October 2006. Sara's main duties include dealing with daily enquiries for quotes and claims as well as responsibility for setting up new policies.
Stuart Holton
For the last 19 years I have had the proud honour of serving the Chulmleigh and South Molton area as an Agent for NFU Mutual. Duties include anything and everything but my main responsibility is to ensure that my staff can deal with all your needs.
Alun Manley
Alun Manley has worked with the Agency as Financial Consultant for the last four years giving advice on retirement planning, protection and investments.
NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
