Tracy Hayes was presented with the traditional gift of a watch and a bouquet of flowers having celebrated 25 years of service on 9th February 2012 with NFU Mutual.

Tracy is our longest serving member of staff and has certainly adapted to the changing face of our business having started her career largely as an audio typist and is now a Senior Insurance Account Handler.

We wish her the very best for her next 25 years!

It is with much pride that we are able to report that the Spalding Office has been recognised as one of the leading NFU Mutual agencies in our Centenary year, 2010.

Each year NFU Mutual reward and recognise its flagship agencies and staff members through a year long programme known as “Mutual Challenge”.  The programme is designed to encourage all of the different divisions and distribution channels to work together and complement each other, not only through the promotion of our products to our customers, but also the surveyors and underwriters for ensuring the company is protected through the prudent selection of new risks, and our training consultants who ensure all field based staff are trained to NFU Mutual required standards.

Mutual Challenge culminates each year in a gala awards dinner at which the Spalding agency scooped two major prizes being recognised as the 2nd most successful agency countrywide for it’s contributions in 2010 and also 3rd place specifically for promotion of our life based products including pensions and investments. The awards were presented to the Spalding agents by Group Chief Executive Lindsay Sinclair and Board Chairman Sir Don Curry.

This was a huge team effort by everyone that works in the Spalding office and as a small gesture of recognition for this the team were presented with champagne and flowers from the Spalding agents Steve Barber, Diane Waterhouse, Phil Ingleby and Julie Parkin.
