We are not insurance brokers but instead providers of insurance products from NFU Mutual, the large rural insurer. Access to products from NFU Mutual is not available to you through your broker we therefore act as a real alternative for you in the commercial insurance market.
We take a somewhat traditional approach to our client relationships taking the time to get in front of the client so to understand both them and their requirements, as well as their business. Our intention is always to meet with potential clients well ahead of renewal so that we can gather the necessary risk information with a view to obtaining the most favourable terms from our underwriters.
We do also appreciate the real value of providing you with a personal backup service throughout the lifetime of the policy, after all we are selling a promise that must deliver when called upon. So whether you want to review your policies, make an alteration or if you have suffered a claim, our team of commercial account handlers are on hand to assist the partners in looking after the needs of their commercial clients.
