  Steve Barber - Senior Agent

  Steve has been an Agent of NFU Mutual at Spalding since 1981, having graduated with a BA Hons Degree in English and History from Leeds University.

  Steve became a Senior Partner in 1992, the same year he became an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

  Steve specialises in dealing with many of the Agency’s largest insurance accounts, which vary from traditional farming enterprises to major commercial risks.

  Diane Hunt - Agent

  Diane began her career with NFU Mutual in 1988, and has been part of the well established team at Spalding since 1992. She believes in providing a "down to earth", friendly and professional service to her existing and potential clients. These customers are farmers and growers, and also those running a range of commercial businesses.

  Over the years, Diane has specialised in particular in motor fleet insurance for the haulage industry.

  Phil Ingleby - Agent

  Phil has been an Agent and partner at Spalding since 1991 and deals with all aspects of farm and Commercial insurance, specialising in Engineering and Construction Risks.

  As well as looking after his own portfolio of clients he is also responsible for direction of the agency sales team.

  Julie Parkin - Agent

  Julie started her career with the Spalding branch in 1987 becoming an Agent & Partner in 1993. She deals with all aspects of Farm and Commercial Insurance, specialising in Farming & Haulage related risks.

  As well as looking after her own portfolio of clients she is also responsible for the day to day management of the Service Team together with Compliance and regulatory matters for the branch as a whole.

  Sarah Powell - Sales Associate

  Sarah has been with the NFU since 2005 and is one of our commercial insurance specialists. Sarah spends most of her time visiting and working with new Commercial clients, specialising in retail, manufacturing and property owners risks.

  Zoe Mews - Sales Executive

  Zoe joined the branch in 2001 and specialises in quotations for our existing high net worth private clients, as well as arranging for them to discuss their Life, Pension and Investment queries with our financial consultant.

  Michaella Hayton - Sales Advisor

  Michaella specialises in motor and personal quotations assisting customers to ensure they get the cover they need at an affordable price.

  Jackie Gargett - Sales Advisor

  As one of our most experienced members of the sales team Jackie ensures that our clients motor and home quotations are dealt with promptly, tailored to suit customer needs at our most competitive price.

  Andrea Thorpe - Sales Support

  Andrea provides the foundation to our continued growth in the commercial market by introducing new customers to the benefits of insuring with NFU Mutual. She also assists our current clients by arranging meetings with our financial consultants.

  Kay Parkin - Senior Client Advisor

  Kaye joined the NFU in 1990 and holds a CII Insurance Foundation Certificate. As Senior Client Advisor Kaye is responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of the insurance portfolios for our key insurance accounts.

  Tracey Hayes - Client Advisor

  Tracey is one of our most experienced advisors having been with the NFU since 1987. As well as assisting existing clients, Tracey also deals with the administration for all policy renewals.

  Debbie Lyon - Client Advisor

  Debbie joined the business in 1997 and holds the CII insurance foundation certificate. As well as dealing with renewal preparation and quotations Debbie is also a key member of our in-house Life, Pensions and Investments Team arranging client appointments with our Financial Consultants.

  Elisa Gaunt - Client Advisor

  Elisa joined us in 2008 and is a key member of our customer service team assisting existing clients with policy alterations and claims advice.

• 

  Frances Brown - Client Advisor

  Frances has been with the branch since 2001 and is well known to many of our customers as she is often their first point of contact regarding their insurance matters.

• 

  Jo Strickson - Client Advisor

  Jo is one of our newer team members and has the huge task each month of issuing the renewal papers to our portfolio of private clients. In addition Jo also provides a complete service backup to these clients.

• 

  Trina Cross - Client Advisor

  Trina joined the business in 2008 and is a member of our private client team. Although Trina deals with all general policy servicing enquiries she is also the specialist claims handler for the team.

• 

  Fiona Woodhouse - Client Advisor

  Fiona is a member of our private client team and has been with the business since 2008. She supports her clients not only with expert help regarding their policy cover and claims, but is also a key liaison point between the client and our Financial Consultant.

• 

  Donna Kent - Client Advisor

  Donna is currently involved in administration and policy processing whilst undertaking her insurance licensing qualifications.

• 

  Sarah Warder - Office Manager

  Sarah has worked for the NFU Mutual since 2001 and joined the Spalding branch in 2010. Naturally with her experience she provides a sound support service to our private clients dealing with all areas of policy alteration and claims handling. Sarah is also our specialist in house Equine Insurance Advisor.

  Sue Chatterton - Administrator

  Sue has worked for the agency since 1995 and controls much of the office administration as well as client accounting.

• 

  Laura Watts - Client Advisor

  Laura is the newest member of our team and will be involved with administration and policy processing for our private clients.
