• Jennie Atkin - Agent

  Having been an NFU Mutual Agent for nearly 30 years Jennie came to the Stafford branch in 1992 and is a well known figure in the local farming and business communities. Specialising in Farming and also Commercial insurances.

• Simon Bates - Agent

  Simon joined NFU Mutual in 2002 and became a Partner Agent to Jennie Atkin in the Stafford business in May 2006. Specialising in all aspects of Commercial and Farming insurances including Corporate Clients.

• Scott Henry - Corporate Account Handler and Commercial Sales

  Scott joined the team in 2003 and quickly progressed into a Corporate Client handling role dealing with complex claims issues and Fleet business. Scott can provide expert help and assistance on Personal lines policies, and advice on new Commercial policies.

• Laura Holt - Sales Associate

  Coming from a well established farming background Laura joined the Stafford team in September 2008. She is developing the commercial and farming side of the business further and is constantly looking to introduce new clients to the business.

• Susan Howard - Accounts Manager

  Sue benefits from 35 years experience at the Stafford branch in 2008. Heading up the Accounts dept Sue keeps track of all our clients insurance premiums and direct debits.

• Denise Outram - Accounts Assistant

  Denise has been a team member since 2004 and assists Sue with accounts and credit control. In addition Denise also handles the vast number of client renewal documents that are sent out each month.

• Yvonne Housby - Policy Administration Manager

  With over 20 years of experience at the Stafford branch Yvonne manages the Policy Processing dept. She also assists the Agents with FSA compliance related matters

• Rachel Winkle - Insurance Advisor and Sales

  Rachel joined us in August 2007. An integral member of the team Rachel sells Motor and Household insurance and specialises in Equine insurance. Rachel also assists Yvonne in Policy Processing.

• Margaret Brammeld - Personal Assistant and Household Claims

  Joining the Stafford team in 1999 Margaret specialises in the processing of all household claims. She is also a valuable Personal Assistant to the Agents.

• Nikki Astbury - Insurance Sales and Claims

  Nikki joined the team in June 2006 bringing previous insurance experience. She handles all general insurance claims as well as being heavily involved in Sales of General Insurance and she is also our Financial Services Coordinator.

• Ian Williams - Financial Consultant

  Ian has a wealth of industry experience developed over the last 20 years. The last 6 have been spent with NFU Mutual where he gives advice on NFU Mutual Financial Services products. Ian's priority is to ensure our clients are protected and their finances are working as hard for them as they should be. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
