Wendy has worked for NFU Mutual since 2000. In this time she has generated a large amount of knowledge in relation to NFU Mutual insurance products. Wendy's role involves reviewing polices for existing customers and advising new customers in relation to their insurance needs, both farming and non-farming. Wendy believes that NFU Mutual Strabane offers a personal service ensuring that they know each business and its needs.
Rachel Buchanan B.A (Hons) - Agent
Rachel specialises in NFU Mutual commercial insurances. With an in-depth knowledge of all specifically designed packages and products Rachel can effectively advise commercial customers in relation to their business needs. Rachel also enjoys visiting potential customers at their premises to get a better understanding of each business individually.
Lesley Marshall Ba(Hons) - Agent
Lesley's role involves reviewing polices for existing customers and helping new customers with their insurance needs, both farming and non-farming. Lesley believes that NFU Mutual Strabne provides a unique personal and friendly service to its customers and are always on hand to deal with your insurance needs. Lesley can also provide you with information on the North Tyrone Ulster Farmers Union group.
Avril Crawford - Office Manager and Accounts Administrator
Avril is the Office Manager and Accounts Administrator. She has a wealth of knowledge obtained from 12 years of service for NFU Mutual Strabane. Avril assists with the daily running of the branch and can deal with all insurance enquires from existing and prospective customers. Avril also deals will all accounting matters within the branch.
Kate McCrea - Insurance Advisor
Kate specialises in NFU Mutual's range of car, commercial vehicle and tractor insurances. She is able to deal with quotations for prospective customers and alterations and queries from existing customers. Kate can also assist customers if the unfortunate occurs and you need to make a claim.
Nicola Scott - Insurance Advisor
Nicola specialises in NFU Mutual's range of car, commercial vehicle and tractor insurances. She is able to deal with quotations for prospective customers alongside alterations and queries from existing customers. Nicola can also assist if the unfortunate occurs and you need to make a claim. Nicola also deals with accounting matters including direct debit queries.
Allan Downes - Financial Consultant
Our Financial Consultant can advise on NFU Mutual's range of Life covers, Pensions and Investment contracts. He is based at the Strabane Agency every Tuesday. Allan is available for a 'no obligation' full financial review and can offer advice on Life Assurance, Pensions, Savings and Investments. Please call the branch to arrange an appointment.
