The NFU Mutual branch in Stratford upon Avon has been based in the town for may years and many of our staff live in the area. So we feel it’s only right to be involved with the local community and give something back. Here are some of the ways we support local initiatives.

The lights display in Stratford-upon-Avon gives the total “Christmas in Stratford” experience and is considered to be one of the finest in the UK. The event relies upon the goodwill of local organisations and businesses and we were delighted offer our support in 2009.

We were delighted to be corporate sponsors of the 2009 music festival which features live performances by some of the world’s top musicians and is regular feature of the arts calendar in Stratford-upon-Avon

We organised the annual Stratford-upon-Avon fun ride in September 2009 and once again it was a great success. We were thrilled at the good weather and turn out, raising £1,800 for RABI, farming's national charity which provides care and support for retired farmers, farm workers and their dependents.

The town is synonymous with Shakespeare but also the River Avon where an annual rowing regatta has been held for over 120 years. We were one of a number of local businesses to support the event in 2009.
