  Rob has recently joined us as the new Partner, working alongside Edward Wheaton. Rob has worked for NFU Mutual for over 5 years and has been working in the insurance market for over 20 years. Rob is here to assist and discuss with clients queries regarding Farm, Large Commercial Business and Estate Insurance. Rob also heads up the sales team in the office.

  With a combination of many years experience working for NFU Mutual, we are able provide help and assist new customers on commercial insurance for a variety of businesses. We are also able to provide assistance with all NFU Mutual Motor, Equine and Home Insurance. We are able to provide this service either via the telephone or alternatively if you would like to see someone face to face we can arrange to see you at your home or business address.

  Most likely to be your first contact when calling the branch. We are happy to provide assistance on all NFU Mutual Motor, Home Lifestyle and Equine insurance matters for new quotations and existing policy alterations. Doreen Clark is our Life Co-ordinator and is able to make appointments for you to meet with our Financial Consultant. Joanne Smith and Ian Edwards deal with claim enquires within our branch and are able to give a friendly and personal service when customers need it most.

• Renewal Team

  Karen Rogers and Trudi Morris

  With over 20 years experience working within the Stratford upon Avon branch, Karen and Trudi have a good understanding of our clients needs. Main responsibilities involve client renewals, ensuring all documentation produced and alterations to existing policies have been issued correctly.

• Elaine Harris - Accounts

  Elaine is able to assist you with any payment queries you may have and make policy amendments. Elaine can also talk you through your options on NFU Mutual Motor, Home and Equine policies.

• Mark Birtles BA (Hons) ACII - Sales Consultant

  My role is to provide technical guidance to the Stratford upon Avon branch, to support servicing and sales activity. I have over 20 years industry experience working for insurance companies, incorporating both underwriting and sales.

• Stuart Irons - Financial Consultant

  Stuart Irons is our Financial Consultant and will be delighted to visit you and offer advice on all aspects of financial planning, protection, pensions and investments. Stuart has been with NFU Mutual for over 8 years, lives locally and is a very keen cricketer.
