Susie Luckett - Senior Account Executive
Susie joined the Theale agency as our Senior Account Executive in September 2011, after spending the previous nine years working at our head office in Stratford Upon-Avon. In her role, Susie assists our existing farming and business members, whilst visiting new customers to provide the face-to-face local service NFU Mutual is known for. Susie also holds the position of Group Secretary to the National Farmers Union in the local area, and actively engages in bringing the farming community together in this role.

Outside of her day job, Susie enjoys family life with her young daughter, and if this does not keep her fit enough, she burns off the rest of her energy at the gym!
Clive Butler - Account Executive
Clive has been with NFU Mutual since February 2010, and has recently become our new Account Executive. Clive’s fourteen years in financial services allows him to understand why the insurance we offer is important to our customers, their lifestyle and their business. He particularly enjoys helping our members understand how the service our Financial Consultants provide can help them achieve their financial goals. Clive also has a strong interest in Business insurance, and finds talking to successful businesses both fascinating and inspiring.

In his spare time, Clive richly enjoys spending time with his young son. He also dons a suit on Sunday mornings, stalking the touchlines of football pitches across the local area in his role as manager of NFU Mutual-sponsored Tilehurst YM, his Sunday League football team.
David Dickson - Sales Support Clerk
David joined the agency in March 2011 as a Sales Support Clerk, and is fully licensed to help with all Motor and Home and Lifestyle enquiries. He has been involved with customer service since graduating from the University of Reading in 2007, and is looking forward to becoming fully licensed in all insurances to help all our customers with their enquiries.

Outside of the agency, David is a sports fanatic, and engages in sports journalism on a part-time basis. He is also recently engaged in another sense, and is looking forward to tying the knot in 2013.
Trevor Smith - Sales Support Clerk
Trevor has been with the agency since July 2007, and is the longest-serving member of the team in Theale, meaning his knowledge of our customers and the local area is second to none. He has thirty years of experience in the customer service industry (which, he assures us, he started in very young!) and is able to answer any queries regarding all of our insurance products.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys mixing family life with his beloved Reading Football Club, of which he is a season ticket holder.
Rachel Norris - Sales Advisor
Rachel joined the agency in August 2010, and since then has become an essential member of the team in Theale. Rachel can aid you with both Motor and Home, and will often be first to the phone to do so! She is currently in training to enable her to increase her portfolio to include Business and Farm insurances.

After a day in the office, Rachel relaxes through the art of yoga, and enjoys keeping fit and jetting off to sun-soaked beaches.
Caroline Parr - Sales Support Clerk
Caroline has been with the agency in Theale for two and a half years, and is fully qualified to deal with all areas of the business. She combines this with her role as the agency accountant, providing our customers with any assistance or information they may need in that area of the business.

Caroline is currently away from the agency on maternity leave, and has recently given birth to her first child. We look forward to welcoming back Caroline (and little Thomas!) to the agency soon.
Jacob Cannon - Sales Support Clerk
Jacob is a recent recruit to the team, and has taken over the role of Caroline whilst she is away on maternity leave. A recent graduate from the University of Reading in Mathematics, Jacob looks forward to putting his skills to use in our accounting department, whilst also gaining all the knowledge he needs to help you with your insurance enquiries.

Outside of the agency, Jacob is keen on music and football, and enjoys keeping fit, having completed the Reading Half Marathon in 2011.
Victoria Jones - Sales Support Clerk
Victoria is the newest recruit to the Theale agency, and has been with the agency for two months. Victoria is happy to help with all queries relating to our motor products, and is looking forward to being able to deal with all of our other products in due course.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys keeping fit, in both herself and helping others to do so, via her very own health classes.
Shaun Lungley - Financial Consultant
Shaun is our regional Financial Consultant, and has been with the company for eight years. Shaun has a wealth of experience in financial planning, and is fully qualified to advise on NFU Mutual products and services and, in special circumstances, those of other providers.

Another area demonstrating Shaun’s decision-making skills is illustrated in his personal life, where he runs the line for his son’s local football team! Otherwise, Shaun enjoys family life with his wife and children in his spare time.
