Our friendly and dedicated team are ready to help with any query you may have, whether you want to insure your dog or a large business. We also have a Financial Consultant based here in the office who is happy to discuss pensions, saving and investments with you.

Herbie Morris - Senior Agent
Herbie is the Senior Agent who has been in the Tiverton office for over 6 years. He specialises in business combined insurance, from farms to large commercial risks and is happy to come and see you to discuss your needs. Herbie enjoys cricket, spending time with his family and walking his Labrador Willow who is always a welcome visitor to the office!
Olivia Holme - Assistant Agent
Olivia is an Assistant Agent who has worked in the office for 1 year. Olivia specialises in all aspects of farming, rural and commercial business, and like Herbie is happy to come out and see you. Olivia enjoys hacking out on her horse accompanied by her Springer Spaniel.
Gemma Huxham - Office Manager
Gemma is our Office Manager, overseeing the general running of the office, and training new and existing staff. She keeps all our systems up to date as well as assisting Herbie. She enjoys well deserved weekends relaxing with her friends.

Senior Sales Support
Nic is our Senior Sales Support and is the longest running member of staff here so has a good knowledge of the local area. Nic deals with renewal call outs, making new business appointments and all aspects of insurance from personal to business. At the end of the day Nic enjoys family life and socialising.
Laura Heard and Clare Mitchell - Sales Support Clerks
Laura and Clare have joined us recently and are here to assist you with your queries. They both have interest in farming and rural matters through membership of Young Farmers clubs. They are now looking to develop their knowledge and skills in insurance to add to their existing wide experience in office work.
Anna Fisher - Admin Support Clerk
Anna deals with all our accounts systems and is the one to speak to if you need any information with regard to your account. We offer payment by Credit card, Debit Card. Cheque or even Cash! The preferred method by most of our customers is payment by monthly installments. Anna can also help with your insurance queries, in particular Car and Commercial Vehicle. Anna's interests include watching films and going to the beach!
David Dicker - Locum Agent
David is a Locum Agent, based here in the office. On the days he is not out and about he is able to assist you with any commercial insurance query and specialises in large businesses. David enjoys sports and going to the gym.

Financial Consultant
Alun Manley works with the Tiverton office as a Financial Consultant giving advice on retirement planning, protection and investments. Alun is happy to come out and see you and is based in our office on Thursdays and Fridays.
