• Alistair Murdoch - Agent

  As our Agent, Alistair provides ongoing technical expertise to our clients. He regularly visits new and existing policyholders to discuss the wide range of insurances available through NFU Mutual including personal, commercial, farming and risk management services.

• Jim Pirie - Office Manager

  Jim has recently joined our team as the Office Manager and is currently undergoing his training programme. He will be responsible for the running of the office and guiding the team. Along with Alistair, he will be reviewing the current client's policies to make sure we are meeting their insurance needs and will help with a range of queries.

• Sarah Bull - Customer Service Advisor

  Sarah is a long standing member of our team. She is happy to quote or amend a range of insurances and is also one of our dedicated claims handlers. She ensures that our claims are processed promptly and efficiently.

• Chloe Thomas - Customer Service Advisor

  Chloe's role is to take incoming calls into the office, giving quotes for a range of policies and deals with any mid term alterations. She particularly enjoys dealing with equine quotes as a horse owner herself. 

• Hayley Tucker - Financial Service Coordinator

  As the Financial Service Coordinator for the office, Hayley arranges appointments to support John, our Financial Consultant, and is the first port of call for any life, investment or pension queries. Hayley is also happy to help with any general insurance enquiries.

• Hannah Russell - Sales Executive

  As our Sales Executive, Hannah is proactive in generating more business for the agency. She is happy to give quotes for the range of insurances including, commercial businesses as well as personal and motor insurances. Hannah is also able to arrange a review of your Health and Safety Business needs.

• Vanessa Woods - Administrative Support

  Vanessa, our longest serving member of the team, provides administration and secretarial support and has done for nearly 11 years. She is also responsible for ordering our office supplies and updating our paper files onto the computer to be stored electronically. We don't know how we would cope without her!

• John Guthrie - Financial Consultant

  John has recently joined NFU Mutual and will be providing expert financial advice on savings, life cover, investments and pensions, whether on a personal level or corporate.

  NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Graham Woods - Sales Consultant

  Graham is a long standing employee of NFU Mutual and is the Sales Consultant for Cornwall. He provides support with technical sales, compliance, training and business development.

  NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.

• Nicky Thomas - Sales Consultant for NFU Mutual Risk Management Services
