Andrew Pye - Senior Agent
Andrew up took the Challenge of the new Ulverston Agency Senior Agent in December 2011. He has an agricultural background and has farmed within the local area. After 5 years of wandering he has happily returned.

He is nearing the end of his training and hoping to be confident in NFU Mutual Products.
Steven Brettle - Agent
Steven's background is in agriculture. He took on this role in 2006 and now has a comprehensive knowledge of NFU Mutual products and our Customers. He is responsible for looking after the many new clients who are transferring their business insurance to us.
Susan Sawrey - Office Administrator
Susan has been with us since 2002 and as many of you may know is a local farmer. If running her own farm isn't already enough, Susan works part time and is a helpful hand in the office fulfilling a whole range of administration duties.
Jennifer Barker - Customer Service Advisor
Jennifer has been with us since June 2011. She can assist with Car, Tractor, Commercial Vehicle and Home & Lifestyle insurance. She has trained at the local college gaining an NVQ 3 in Business Administration and has worked locally since moving here in 2004.

Jennifer is currently in her first year of her Foundation Degree in Business at the local college.
Rebecca Garstang - Customer Service Advisor
Rebecca started at our neighbouring branch in May 2008 and moved to us in January 2012, bringing with her extensive knowledge of the area and expertise in NFU Mutual products. She can assist with General Insurance, Business Insurance and Liaises with our Senior Financial Consultant.

Rebecca is in her third year of her Foundation Degree in Business at the local college.
Scarlett Stringer - Customer Service Advisor
Scarlett has been with NFU Mutual since December 2011. She can assist with Horse, Car, Tractor, Commercial Vehicle and Home & Lifestyle insurance. Being a local girl, she has trained and worked in the surrounding area at a butcher's shop, a Financial Company and the college.

Scarlett studied for a NVQ 3 in Business Administration at the local college.
Jamie Park - Customer Service Advisor
Jamie has been with us since December 2011. He can assist with Horse, Car, Tractor, Commercial Vehicle and Home & Lifestyle insurance. He has come from a Financial Background and is from the local area.

Jamie has studied for an advanced GNVQ in Business at the local college.
Caroline Mitchell - Sales Consultant
Caroline started with NFU Mutual early 2011 as a Sales Consultant, having previously worked in Insurance as an underwriter and broker for many years. She works closely with the team to help in all aspects of the office, assisting us to sell our wide range of insurance products and services, whilst also ensuring our customers receive the very best service.

Caroline has a BSc (Hons) in Management Science. She has also achieved a Certificate of Insurance Practice and is currently working towards her Diploma.
Rob Coates APFS - Senior Financial Consultant
I joined NFU Mutual in 1997. Being local gives me a fantastic opportunity to get to know my customers and understand their individual needs. You can expect openness, honesty and integrity. I am able to provide advice on pensions, life assurance, income protection, savings and investments and my aim is to put you in the driving seat, so you can make sound financial decisions.
