Agent with 17 years experience. Also married with three children. Ian helps run the family farm and his main hobby involves racing 4x4 's across muddy fields.

Over 9 years experience with the Agency. Mainly deals with the accounts but also deals with policy changes and quotations.
Louise Dowdeswell
Joined the Agency in 2006 following 7 years experience working in the Insurance industry. Deals with the majority of quotations and policy amendments.

Started along with Louise in 2006. Deals with motor quotations and policy amendments.
Jo Barnes
Claims handler with 17 years service in the Agency. Also specialises in Equine insurance.
Jackie Watkins
Has been with the Usk agency for 7 years. Is the office administrator who mainly deals with renewals and payments. Is currently celebrating the arrival of her first office computer.
Beth Hilditch
Claims handler with over 20 years experience with NFU Mutual. Like Jo a friendly face and voice when the chips are down and a claim is made.

Currently on maternity leave. Deals with personal and small commercial policies.
