Tom Stearn - Agent
I have been an Agent in Wells since 1987 and Senior Agent since 2001, gaining Chartered Insurer status along the way. With over 20 years experience in the area, I am happy to assist with all aspects of motor and personal insurance as well as specialising in the agricultural and commercial business sectors.
Adam Mitchell Cert CII - Agent
I've been in the insurance industry since 1994 and with the Wells agency since the beginning of 1999. I'm extremely committed to providing service with a more personal touch and take great pleasure in building up long lasting, trusting relationships with a wide range of rural businesses both large and small.
Gemma Heal - Agent
Since joining NFU Mutual in 2001 I have worked in a number of NFU Mutual offices but am pleased to have settled back in Wells near my family's farming roots. I specialise in farming and commercial business predominantly and am currently undertaking my Chartered Insurance qualifications which assists me in offering expert advice on all insurance policies.

Angela Rivers
After over 21 years in the Wells office I expect that many of you will already know me well! For those who do not I am a first point of contact when you call the office along with Sue and Rod. I mainly deal with new quotations however can answer any of your queries concerning any policy. Along with Nicki I am also responsible for credit control within the office.
Marion Jones
I am able to assist with quotations and queries about motor, personal and equine insurances. I am also responsible for administrating new policies, and ensure that the records of both the office and customers are kept up to date. After 18 years experience within the office I like to think that I have spoken to each of our customers personally on the phone, and many face to face.
Nicki Phipps
I've been with the Wells Office since 1993 and have a wealth of experience in motor and personal insurances. I enjoy and take pride in servicing the needs of our customers, offering advice and making changes to their insurance requirements.
Liesel Thorner
As a farmers daughter and a farmers wife, my previous experiences of NFU Mutual has allowed me to have confidence in the polices I advise on and sell.
I am primarily responsible for ensuring all claims are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I also maintain existing policies and can provide quotations for any of the general insurance policies that NFU Mutual provide.
Sue Gillard
I will usually be your first point of contact when you call our office. I have only been working in the Wells office for 2 years, but I have worked within the insurance industry for 17 years! I can help you with queries regarding all of your personal insurances, from travel and pets to cars and tractors. Whether you need an adjustment to your policy or advice on a claim I am happy to help.
Rod Morris
My job involves all aspects of motor, house, pet and travel insurance and I act as a first point of contact in dealing with day to day enquiries in this busy office. The whole ethos of NFU Mutual is founded on local knowledge, an understanding of rural communities and a desire to make a positive contribution to the way that we serve our customers. I enjoy my work and look forward to hearing from you.
