Situated within the heart of the historic city of Wells, just off the Market Place, we service the Wells area together with the towns of Glastonbury, Street, Shepton Mallet, and all villages in between.
I have been an Agent in Wells since 1987 and Senior Agent since 2001, gaining Chartered Insurer status along the way. With over 20 years experience in the area, I am happy to assist with all aspects of motor and personal insurance as well as specialising in the agricultural and commercial business sectors.

I'm extremely committed to providing service with a more personal touch and take great pleasure in building up long lasting, trusting relationships with a wide range of rural businesses both large and small.
Since joining NFU Mutual in 2001 I have worked in a number of NFU Mutual branches but am pleased to have settled back in Wells near my family's farming roots. I specialise in farming and commercial business predominantly and am currently undertaking my Chartered Insurance qualifications which assists me in offering expert help on all insurance policies.
I've been in the financial planning industry for many years enjoy meeting customers in their homes and places of work, building and maintaining trusting relationships.

After more than 25 years in the Wells branch I expect many of you will already know me well! For those who don't I'm often the first point of contact when you call the branch. I mainly deal with new quotations, policy changes and can answer your queries concerning any policy. Along with Nicki I am also responsible for credit control.
I will usually be your first point of contact when you call our branch. I have worked within the insurance industry for more than 20 years and have been with the Wells branch for over 5 years. I can help you with queries regarding all of your personal insurances, from travel to cars and tractors. Whether you need an adjustment to your policy or advice on a claim I am happy to help.
As a farmers daughter and a farmers wife, my previous experiences of NFU Mutual have given me confidence in the polices I sell. I am primarily responsible for generating new business and looking after existing customers. I can talk you through your options on the full range of NFU Mutual general insurance policies.
