I have recently joined the team at Welshpool and I am looking forward to meeting you all. My past experience includes retail area management where customer service is the key to delivering a good professional service. I also believe in keeping things simple and straight forward promising to meet your needs in the deadlines required by you. I have worked for NFU Mutual for ten years and joined the Welshpool team in 2007. I can deal with your general enquiries and can assist on motor and personal insurances, as well as dealing with your accounts or claims.
Mel Larder - Customer Advisor
Mel has recently joined us from NFU Mutual's Academy. Having lived locally, Mel has a good knowledge of Welshpool and the surrounding area. Mel is highly regarded for her friendly and professional approach. She will be able to help you with all your insurance needs.
Tracy Lloyd Cert CII - Insurance Administrator
Tracy has recently joined the team and has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry. Having moved into the local area last June she has a keen interest in equestrian. Tracy is looking forward to be able to assist existing and new customers with their insurance requirements.
Ann Morgan - Accounts Clerk
Ann has worked for Welshpool NFU Mutual for over 20 years. Being a local farmer's daughter, Ann brings a wealth of local knowledge and keeps us all up to date with farming news.
Trevor Howe - Life Introducer
Trevor is our latest addition to the team. Having an excellent range of business and personal skills Trevor will be contacting you to discuss some of the many products NFU Mutual Welshpool have to offer, from ISA's, Pensions and Investments. Trevor will be able to organise an appointment to see our Financial Consultant.
Richard McLeod - Sales Consultant
Richard joined NFU Mutual in June 2011 and will be focusing on business and agency development across North & Mid Wales. Previously he worked in various management roles for Bank of Scotland followed by five years with Nationwide Building Society (within their Regional Brand - Dunfermline Building Society). Richard has extensive experience in both personal and commercial financial services provision and will work closely with us in meeting your needs across NFU Mutual's range of products.
