Mark Brothwood - Senior Agent
Senior Agent and also the NFU Group Secretary for Wem from March 2011. I have nearly 30 years of farming and business experience gained in financial services.

I am currently focussed on managing the smooth running of the branch and ensuring that we continue to provide a top quality service to our clients and I look forward to getting to know you over the coming months. Out of the branch my time is taken up with cricket, Land Rovers and trying to play the guitar.
Hannah Fitton - Agent
Since becoming agent at Wem in March I am enjoying getting to know our clients. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of general insurance and I aim to provide an individual service to our clients for all their business and personal insurance needs – from farming and rural business through commercial as well as personal car, home and horse insurance policies.

Having worked in various NFU Mutual agencies since 2007 it is good to be back in Whixall where the family farm is based.
Alice Madge - Sales Associate
I joined the NFU Mutual, here in Wem, in 2009. My main role is providing quotations for both new and existing clients. I specialise in personal insurances, such as car and house along with commercial insurance, for example our tradesman and retailer policies. I also help with the running of the office by updating client policies and general administration.

Call or come in to the office and I will be pleased to talk you through the NFU Mutual's range of products. I can also point you in the direction of my Risk Management and Life Service colleagues.
Diane Smith - Accounts Manager
I joined the team in 1988 and my long association with the branch means that I have well established client relationships together with a detailed knowledge of administration and claims.

My principle role is looking after the smooth running of client accounts, advising on the payment options available. I am licensed to help with all motor, personal and equine products and I can also introduce you to our Financial Services and Risk Management colleagues.
Jonathan Moore - Customer Services
I joined the Wem agency at the end of 2010 having been with the NFU Mutual Academy based in Shrewsbury. I handle all of your renewal documentation and I am your first point of contact in the office to help you through the claims process from notification to settlement.

I can assist you with your motor, and home insurance needs whether this is a quotation for a new policy or amendments to existing cover and I look forward to speaking with you.

I grew up in Wem and outside work I enjoy football, snooker and writing.
