Mike has been Agent for NFU Mutual for 18 years. He has an agricultural degree which enables him to offer advice on practical farming issues as well as sound commercial insurance advice.
Anita Ferriday
Anita has over 10 years of experience working for NFU Mutual, assisting clients across all areas of insurance, currently concentrating on policy and renewal processing.
Deanna Gladki
Sales Associate dealing with all aspects of new insurance enquiries as well as risk management and finance. She has 11 years experience of working in an NFU Mutual Agency, previously as Office Manager.
Steve Dunn - Financial Consultant
Steve advises on NFU Mutual's range of life insurance, pension and investment products. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Jackie looks after policy processing and all aspects of customer enquiries and networking.
Carol Pilgrim
Carol has 14 years experience across all aspects of insurance but is currently working in account reconciliation, micro agent and premium collection, together with customer service enquiries.
Jackie Kellet
Jackie joined us in 2007 and deals primarily with claims however she can help with policy amendments and quotations. Jackie has 23 years experience in insurance with excellent local knowledge.
Karen Barratt
Karen joined us in 2008 and can help with policy amendments and quotations. Karen has 14 years experience in insurance.
Lisa Smith
Lisa joined us in 2008 having 3 years experience in insurance with NFU Mutual. Lisa can help give you quotations, make appointments with our Financial Consultant and help with all aspects of policy administration.
