Team members
Andrew White
Joined the team in January 2008 to promote our extensive range of services to new clients. Andrew specialises in working with small and medium size businesses to help meet their Insurance, Risk Management, Finance and Financial Services needs.
Kirstie Hallam
Kirstie works with us as part of NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Ltd, advising on Health and Safety issues that affect your business.
Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
Ronnie Mercer
Deals with all insurance queries. Has the primary responsibility of looking after our commercial clients, whether they be farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers or tradesmen.
Heather Barclay
Deals with a variety of insurance enquiries including quotations
for all types of personal and commercial business insurance.
Sam Collins
Sam heads up the Finance team within Scotland and manages the more substantial deals on a one to one basis. We also have a direct line to the team in Chester who will help with the more straightforward issues.
Finance agreements are provided by NFU Mutual Finance Limited.
Roy Hughes
Has vast experience of all types of Insurances. Has the primary responsibility of looking after our commercial clients, whether they be farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers or tradesmen.
Joe Mosson
Financial Consultant for advice on NFU Mutual's range of investment, retirement and protection planning options. Joe can be contacted direct on 07967 578663.

Brendan Barrett
Office Manager within the Ayr office. Brendan is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. A specialist in motor, household and equine insurance.

Worked with NFU Mutual for 30 years dealing with
the larger, more complex business insurances.
Alison Gemmell
Claims handler, Alison is here to ensure that your claim is handled without delay. Alison can also help you with motor, household, equine or livestock enquiries.
Janet Stalker
Administrative handler, Janet ensures that your renewal documents are correct and deals with the daily accounting matters in the office. Janet also deals with equine.
