I have over 30 years of insurance experience with NFU Mutual and have been the Agent at Williton for 13 years. I specialise in helping local businesses and commercial clients with their insurance needs.
Sue Nation - Specialist Area: Accounts
I have worked in the Williton branch for over 20 years. I handle all of the premium collection and accounting procedures. Motor, Personal and Equine insurance are areas in which I have specialist knowledge.
Diane Preece - Specialist Area: Policy Processing
I have been a member of the Williton team for over 10 years. My main responsibility is to process Motor and Personal policy alterations. I can also assist you with requests for Insurance quotations.
Simon Fletcher - Sales Executive
I joined the team at Williton in June 2008. Having completed an extensive training programme and having passed all of my NFU Mutual exams, I became fully licensed at the end of 2008. I provide a new business service to both individual clients and local businesses. I am also responsible for arranging clients appointments with our Financial Consultant.
Yeing-Key Chong - Claims Administrator
I joined the team in January 2010 and will have completed my Motor and Personal insurance training and exams by July 2010. My main responsibility is claims handling - to ensure that your claim is settled promptly with a minimum of fuss.
