I am the Senior Agent and NFU Mutual's Approved Representative for the Winchester branch. I am responsible for all elements of the Agency but also get involved with day to day tasks around the branch. Having a varied background which includes farming, Chartered Surveying and 12 years of insurance experience, I am well served to meet the requirements of our farming, estates and commercial customers. I have been running this branch for 10 years and enjoy building solid relationships with all our clients as well as meeting new ones!

Steve Roche ACII

I am the other Agent here in Winchester and, as well as being an experienced Chartered Insurance Practitioner, I specialise in business, motor fleet and private client insurances. I also have a technical role and personally handle more complex cases.

Kirsty Cotterill BA (Hons)

Kirsty is the Sales Team Leader and has been with us for two years. She is licensed in all personal insurances as well as business policies and her primary objective is to manage ‘new business’. She also assists with branch management and customer servicing.

Nicky Willis

Nicky is our claims handler and has 8 years of experience with us. She is licensed in all personal insurances as well as business policies and also deals with day to day customer servicing.

Helen O'Brien

Helen has 16 years of experience with this branch and has come to know the clients very well. She is fully licensed in all personal insurances and specialises in accounts and customer servicing.

Chris Perry

Chris has a background in banking and has now been with us for two years. Chris deals with the accounts here on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays..

Mike Cose

Mike has now been with us for 2 years and deals with general enquiries specific to motor and personal insurances and customer servicing and is presently going through our internal licensing programme for business policies.

Phil Johnson

Phil is a newly appointed Insurance Consultant dealing primarily with new business. Phil has joined the team with a background of banking and insurance broking and is currently undergoing our internal licensing programme for all NFU Mutual insurance products.

Neil Davis

Neil is a newly appointed Insurance Consultant. Neil previously worked for a national insurance broker. He is undergoing all the internal licensing for NFU Mutual insurance products.

Mark Davies - Financial Consultant

I am the Financial Consultant here sharing my time between the Winchester and Overton branches. With over 25 years experience in the financial sector, 9 of which spent working solely for NFU Mutual, I offer advice and assistance on life and illness cover, pensions and investments and all other financial requirements.
