Jackie Luker - Office Manager
With 25 years experience, Jackie can help and deal with queries relating to all of our products and services. She is an invaluable member of the team, working closely with Dan she ensures that the Sales and Administration team provide a first class level of service to all current and prospective clients.
Julie Hopkins - Office Supervisor
Julie has been with the Witney branch for 12 years, originally working with the Sales Support Team she gained valuable knowledge and experience in all areas of the business. Working as the Office Supervisor and deputy to Jackie Luker, she now has a supervisory role looking after the Sales Support Team directly.
Jude Reynolds BA (HONS) - External Sales Executive
Jude is a senior member of the Sales Team and is available to provide quotations on our range of business products. Judy has worked for another NFU Mutual branch previously and brings with her a wealth of commercial experience. Judy can be seen either at our branch in Witney, or is more than happy to visit you at your premises to discuss your Insurance or Health & Safety requirements.
Abigail Hale - Sales Executive
Abi adds a new dimension to our Sales Team. With previous experience in Fleet, Commercial and Personal Lines insurance products she is able to assist with any query you may have. Feel free to contact Abi directly to discuss your requirements.
Jessica Brooks - Sales Advisor
Jess joined the team in 2009 coming directly from the personal lines section of Endsleigh Insurance. She comes from a farming background and has an in depth knowledge of the Equine industry, Jessica is out first port of call for all Equine enquiries.

Jessica deals specifically with our current customer base and will be happy to provide quotations for additional Personal Lines insurance which covers Home, Equine, Pet, Motor and Travel. She will be happy to arrange an appointment with either our Financial Consultants.
Debbie Deacon - Claims Administrator
Debbie joined the company in 2008 and has proved to be an extremely valuable addition. She handles all of our incoming claims and works alongside Thirza Morris. Debbie is also available to provide quotations on our Personal Lines products.
Thirza Morris - Claims Administrator
Thirza is one of our new recruits and works closely with Debbie Deacon in the Claims Department. Thirza handles incoming claims for the branch and is also available to quote for Personal Lines products.
Liz Allan - Accounts Administrator
An experienced member of our team, Liz looks after our branch accounts and is responsible for sending out our renewals. Liz has a lovely telephone manner and is always ready to help in the event of a query.
Tom Bates - Financial Consultant
Tom is our Financial Consultant and will be delighted to visit you and offer 'no-obligation' advice on all aspects of financial planning: Protection, Pensions and Investments.

Richard Foreman - Corporate Financial Consultant

Mark Birtles BA (Hons), ACII - Sales Consultant
I have over 20 years industry experience working for insurance companies, incorporating both underwriting and sales predominantly within the broker market. I re-joined NFU Mutual in May 2007 and my role is to provide technical guidance to the Witney branch to support servicing and sales activity.
