Ashley Smith - Agent
Ashley is the Agent and sometimes boss, having been with the NFU Mutual for the last 30 years, he brings an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience to our customers. Ashley is also a group secretary to the National Farmers Union.
Hannah Bromley - Agent
Hannah is the Assistant Agent. She has been part of the Wolverhampton agency since July 2008. Whilst Hannah manages the agency along with Ashley she is the primary contact for Commercial Insurance and is happy to visit your business to discuss your insurance requirements. Please also feel free to contact Hannah if you wish to discuss the range of risk management or financial services which we offer. When out of the office Hannah's spare time is taken up with competing her dressage horse.
Sharon Wootton - Office Manager
Sharon is our Office Manager and has been part of the agency since July 1992. Please feel free to discuss your personal and farming insurance needs with Sharon who will be happy to assist you. Sharon is a horse owner and loves her chocolate Labrador, so when not at work she can normally be found in the great outdoors.
Louise Ellis
Louise began working with the Wolverhampton agency in January 2002; she joined the agency from a banking background. She will be able to assist you with your personal insurance needs. Our accounting system is also dealt with by Louise, should you need any assistance with your account please don't hesitate to contact her. Louise is a car, house, dog and horse owner.
Claire Johnson
Claire joined the agency in December 2007, she joined our team from a sales role within the steel industry. Claire deals with motor insurance, risk management services and will also be your point of contact for Life and Financial Services. She works in conjunction with our Financial Advisor; Ian Williams and will be happy to arrange an appointment if necessary. During her time out of the office she works hard as a mother of two and enjoys running to unwind.
Jason Ayles
Jason began working with the Wolverhampton agency in June 2011. Jason came from a commercial motor claims background. He will be happy to help both new and existing customers with their personal insurance needs. Jason became a father for the first time in February 2012, so you may find him bleary eyed from the sleepless nights.
Claire Cartwright
Claire joined the agency in March 2012. She is from a local farming background. Claire is currently studying to complete her licences to sell NFU Mutual products and is looking forward to being part of the team.
Beccy Gaut - Sales Consultant, ACII Chartered Insurer
Beccy joined the NFU Mutual in 2001. Based at our Regional Service Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, Beccy provides technical support and guidance to the staff here at Wolverhampton. Beccy will often visit clients along with Ashley and Hannah to assist in providing the best service and product.
Ian Williams - Financial Consultant
Deals with investments, pensions and protection policies.
