I have seventeen years experience as an NFU Mutual Agent and as Senior Agent I am responsible for the overall running of the branch in addition to servicing new and existing clients.
Anne Bradshaw - Agent
Over thirty-five years experience with NFU Mutual! Anne is happiest when out visiting long-established clients and keeping their policies up to date.
Simon Hine - Agent and Managing Partner
I have been with NFU Mutual for 7 years, and although I manage the branch I still find time to visit many clients.
Steve West - Sales Associate
I joined NFU Mutual a couple of years ago, bringing a strong commercial insurance background with me. This and my extensive knowledge of NFU Mutual's products puts me in an excellent position to develop new commercial business for the branch.
Sam Bettridge - Financial Consultant
Although employed directly by NFU Mutual Sam works from our branch advising on all aspects of financial planning including pensions, protection, savings, investments and inheritance tax planning.

NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Sara Lathan - PA to Anne Bradshaw
I have been with the branch for over seventeen years working in a number of roles. In addition to assisting Anne I also manage the accounts. I pride myself on my customer service and my attention to detail - and my ability to keep Anne organised!
Hannah Keeley - PA to Rupert Barnes
I came to the branch over 2 years ago from the banking industry and have relished the challenge of learning NFU Mutual's policies and IT systems. I really enjoy the relationships I have built with our clients and the satisfaction of knowing we give great service! My greatest challenge is always managing Rupert however!

I have been with the branch for over 4 years now and spend much of my time handling claims. When claims occur it's always hard for clients but I get great satisfaction from knowing we have done the best we can to help them. This is particularly the case when we get surges of claims in poor weather or floods and this is when we really go the extra mile for our clients.
Emma Burton - Customer Service
I joined the branch as a Customer Service Advisor and equine specialist and found the office a really busy yet friendly place to work. Although I enjoy dealing with all aspects of clients' insurance I find I can really add value on horse insurance where I can bring my own knowledge to bear.
