I joined the branch in 2002, I am happy to provide quotations and help with any queries for motor, personal, horse and small business insurances. I am also able to deal with farm and commercial insurance.

I joined the branch in May 2009, I am happy to provide quotations and assist with queries for all motor insurances. I am currently working towards my personal and equine product licence's which I hope to gain shortly.

Linda Fletcher - Claims Technician

I have been at the branch for over 20 years, my area of expertise is in claims and I will ensure that your claim is dealt with quickly and fairly.

Pam Parry - Office Administrator

I am the newest member of staff having recently joined the branch, my role is to ensure the smooth running of the office. I provide administrative assistance to the Agent and other members of the team, as well as ensuring your renewals are all sent out.

Hattie Watkins - Customer Service Advisor

I am currently on maternity leave after having a baby boy. I am licensed in all motor and personal insurances.

Paul Broadley - Financial Consultant

Paul is our Financial Consultant dealing purely with the Financial Services side: lump sum investments, partnership planning and pensions as well as life assurance and savings products. Paul has 30 years experience and is highly respected throughout NFU Mutual as a wise owl on particularly complex financial matters.
