Reporting a home insurance claim
Before you start please have to hand:
- Your details including your policy number, or claim number.
- Details of any third parties involved.
- An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, replacement cost, repair costs, or the extent of the damage or injury.
- We also recommend you refer to your policy documents to check what's covered.
How to contact us about your claim:
- Either contact the office that arranged your insurance. You can find your local office here.
- Email us your contact details and the nature of your claim and we will call you back.
- If we have acknowledged your claim already please contact the number given on the acknowledgement.
Please indicate your policy number, or claim number if you have one, in all correspondence.
