Reporting a motor insurance claim

Due to the current adverse weather conditions nationwide, we are experiencing high levels of calls relating to emergencies. Therefore please be aware that call waiting times may be longer than usual. However calling between 10:30am and 3:30pm may result in a shorter waiting period.

For private car and light commercial vehicle claims, in the first instance ring our 24 hour claims service on 0800 282 652

For all other vehicles contact the branch that arranged your insurance. You can find your local branch here.

If we have acknowledged your claim already please contact the number given on the acknowledgement.

Please indicate your policy number, or claim number if you have one, in all correspondence.
