Reporting a pet insurance claim

Before you start please have to hand:

Your details including your policy number, or claim number.
Details of any third parties involved.
An indication of the value of the claim, such as veterinary estimate, purchase price, or the extent of the damage or injury.
We also recommend you refer to your policy documents to check what's covered.

Either contact the office that arranged your insurance. You can find your local office here.
E-mail us your contact details and the nature of your claim and we will call you back.
If we have acknowledged your claim already please contact the number given on the acknowledgement.

Please indicate your policy number, or claim number if you have one, in all correspondence.
