Business Insurance Claims
Guidance about how to make a Business Insurance claim, including Business Liability, Legal Expenses and Property Owners and Landlord claims.
If you need to make a new claim please ensure you have the following:
- Your policy number
- Details of any third parties involved
- An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, estimated replacement cost, or the extent of damage or injury.
Where to make a claim depends on where you bought your policy from, this will be either Mutual Direct or local agency office.
You'll find who your policy is held with on the front page of your policy schedule.
Call us in the event of an out of hours emergency in your premises which:
- Puts your health, or that of your employees, at risk
- Creates a risk of damage to your premises or property
- Creates unacceptable working conditions.
