"Firstly I could go into my local branch at Skipton and talk the claim over with the person who was handling the claim. This is far better than talking to some remote call centre dealing with many different people each time you ring up. In my particular claim I had a water escape that caused a lot of damage while I was away over christmas.

"NFU Mutual got a company in straight away to remove the damaged carpets and dry the place out. Excellent service at a difficult time for us. This was the first claim we have had in 25 years and I have to say we have been very pleased with the way NFU Mutual helped us."
