About this service

When you top up an existing ISA via this form you should be aware that you will be transacting with us through our direct service.

Our direct service is brought to you by NFU Mutual and NFU Mutual Select Investments Limited.

When you transact through our direct service we are not in a position to assess what is right for you when it comes to topping up an ISA. You therefore are responsible for ensuring that any investment you make directly with us is suitable for you.

If at any stage you would like to contact us, you can call us on 0800 622 323 or email customermail@nfumutual.co.uk.

You should be aware that the value of your investment and any income from it may go down and you may get back less than you invested.

Further information about our direct service and how we operate can be found in Our Terms of Business [PDF: 2.7MB], please familarise yourself with this document.

Before proceeding we ask that you read and confirm the following:

Before proceeding we require that you confirm that you have read our terms of business and are happy to transact through our direct service.

Account details

Need help with your plan number?

You will find the plan number on documentation related to the plan, such as a plan summary.

The plan number differs depending on your ISA:

Select ISA and Select Junior ISA = I + eight numbers, e.g. I12345678.

Shrewd Savings Plan ISA = 6 + seven numbers, e.g. 61234567.

Please note: It is only possible to make a single payment into a Select ISA or a Select Junior ISA through this service.

Payments into a Select ISA or a Select Junior ISA will be applied proportionally across the current fund holding, which may be different to the original investment.

If you would like to set up monthly regular payments or increase monthly regular payments; change how your payment is applied to your fund holding; would like to make changes to existing fund choices; or change the bank account details that we hold for you, please contact us through the following web form or by calling 0800 622 323.

Please note: Payments into an NFU Mutual Shrewd Savings Plan ISA will be applied to only one fund, the NFU Mutual With Profits Fund.
