Joanna Johnson - Agent
I joined NFU Mutual in 1993, having graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural College and I became senior partner in 2007. I specialise in all agricultural & commercial business aspects.
Amy Walker - Agent
I joined NFU Mutual as partner to Joanna Johnson in the early part of 2008, having spent the last few years as NFU Policy Advisor in the South West Regional Office. Once I have completed my licences, I will work with both commercial and farming risks.
Daniel Calver - Sales Associate
I joined the office in September 2002, having previously worked in the underwriting department at Norwich. I specialise in commercial business risks, although I can assist with enquiries across the full general insurance product range.
Lucy Kemp Diploma CII - Sales Associate
I have worked at the Diss agency since October 2000 and I look after agricultural & personal insurances, policy renewals and new business enquiries.
Karen Clarke Cert CII - Sales & Account Handler
I joined the team in July 2005. I specialise in business insurance for a range of companies including manufacturing, wholesale, retail and catering packages. Where necessary I am happy to visit your premises and advise on your insurance needs. I can also help with enquiries for personal insurances.
Liz Coleman - Sales Support Clerk
I have worked for NFU Mutual for many years and with the benefit of my experience, I can assist with most general insurance queries. My main role within the office is managing the accounts.
Kirstin Muttitt - Claims Handler
I have worked at the agency since October 2006 and I am the main claims handler for the office. I have worked in the insurance industry for approximately five years prior to joining NFU Mutual.
Maria Jones - Sales Support Clerk
I joined the team in January 2008. Once I have completed my training I am able to assist you with general enquiries.
Aimee Bone - Sales Support Clerk
I joined the team in April 2008. Once I have completed my training I will be able to assist you with enquiries.
Glenys Eaton - Office Support
I joined NFU Mutual on a part-time basis in January 2000. My main duties are to deal with filing and post. I also assist my office colleagues where possible.
