NFU Mutual Financial Advisers advise on NFU Mutual products and selected products from specialist providers. Financial advice is provided by NFU Mutual Select Investments Limited. When you get in touch they'll explain the advice serices they offer and the charges.
We offer three services for people looking to take out new products with us - an advised, non-advised and a direct service.
Our Advised service offers advice provided by one of our expert Financial Advisers. They’ll make recommendations tailored to your financial needs and circumstances, either over the phone or face to face. This is a fee-based service.
If you do not require financial advice but would like more information about the products we offer to help you make a decision you can speak to a Non Advised Sales Consultant.
When you invest through our direct service you make your choice of product and investment amount without any recommendation or further information from us.
If you speak to an adviser, you’ll receive:
- Financial advice tailored to your circumstances
- A view of your financial situation
- Recommendations to help you reach your agreed financial goals
- A review that takes account of existing Pension, Protection and Investment arrangements
- Help with ensuring your investments are organised tax efficiently.
If you choose our self-investor service:
- You decide what Pension, Protection or Investment products to buy with no recommendations from us
- We’ll help, by guiding you through step by step to start a product or to make a top up payment on an existing product
- You should be comfortable about making financial decisions without advice and understand the risks involved.
If you choose our direct service, you choose the Pension, Protection or Investment product with no recommendation or further information from us.
