Auto Express 'Driver Power' survey winner

For seven years running, NFU Mutual has been voted Britain’s best car insurance provider by readers of Auto Express. Since the survey began, no other insurer has kept the number one spot for so long. Readers were asked to rate car insurers for communication, helpfulness, speed to settle claim and overall performance and NFU Mutual came top in these four categories.

Moneywise Customer Service Awards winner

NFU Mutual won the Most Trusted Motor Insurance Provider award at the Customer Service Awards 2012. As well as being Highly Commended for our Home Insurance.
