I have been an Agent at Ross on Wye since 1997 and recently took over as Senior Agent following the retirement of Philip Jenkins. I specialise in servicing our larger agricultural and commercial clients as well as managing the Ross on Wye Agency to make sure we are delivering the first class professional service our customers deserve.
Malcolm Watkins Bsc. (Hons) Cert II - Assistant Agent
I joined the Ross On Wye and Ledbury team in 2001 after graduating from Harper Adams University College. I am Herefordshire born and bred and being local enables me to build long lasting relationships with our clients. I specialise in servicing our larger commercial and agricultural clients and supporting the Senior Agent with the management of the Ross On Wye Agency.
Lynda Amos BA(Hons) DipPFS - Financial Consultant
I am from a farming background and have been working for NFU Mutual for the past 7 years. I joined the team in Ross on Wye during February 2008. I have previous experience within the insurance industry and I would be pleased to provide assistance in respect of your motor, household, equine and commercial insurance requirements.
Anne-Marie Neate - Account Executive
Annie recently joined our Account Executive team with a wealth of customer service and administration experience and soon will be fully licensed in all NFU Mutual general insurance products and services.

Please amend description to read: Kelly joined the team in 2005 and is fully licensed in all NFU Mutual general insurance products and services. Kelly is currently away from the office at present on maternity leave.
Catherine Andrews MAAT - Accounts Manager
I joined the Agency in May 2008. I am pleased to offer assistance with any accounting matters in connection with your insurance from renewals to adjustments and the direct debit facility. I have recently qualified as a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Jane Evans Cert CII - Service Team Manager
I joined the Agency in 1999 as a Customer Service Advisor and have grown up in the local area. I am now the Service Manager and am able to assist with a variety of queries on motor, household and commercial policies. My main area of expertise lies within claims having spent the last 4 years as Claims Manager. If you are unlucky enough to have to make a claim I will ensure that it is dealt with quickly and fairly and you will appreciate our commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Alexandra Wilson - Deputy Service Manager
I have been with the Agency since 2005 and have worked in a variety of roles within the branch. I now have responsibility for providing support to the Service Manager in order that the Agency provides the highest level of customer service.

Julian joined the customer service team in 2007 having worked in the insurance industry for almost 10 years previously. Julian is pleased to provide assistance with all aspects of motor, household and equine insurance.
Millie Walker - Customer Service Advisor
Millie joined the customer service team in the late Summer of 2009. Millie has since obtained the NFU Mutual Motor, Home & Lifestyle and Horse and Rider product licences. Millie is office based and is able to offer assistance over the telephone or face to face during office visits.
Robyn Fletcher - Customer Service Advisor
Robyn joined the customer service team in the Summer of 2009 having obtained experience of customer service through a locally based charity. Robyn is office based and able to offer assistance over the telephone or face to face in our office. Robyn has obtained the NFU Mutual's Motor, Home & Lifestyle and Horse and Rider product licences and is always pleased to be of assistance.

I have been with the Agency since 1993. I assist with the organisation of insurance renewals and ensure the smooth running of the Ross On Wye and Ledbury branch.

I have been with the Agency since 1993. I provide audio typing services for the Agents and also work to ensure the smooth running of the Ross On Wye and Ledbury branch.
