	We do offer the opportunity to have your loyalty rewarded by offering discounts on premiums if you commit to stay with us through a long-term undertaking.
	We do reward loyalty. Take out a policy in 2009 and if you renew in 2010 you will receive 12% discount through our Mutual Bonus scheme.
	We do give you a 7.5% discount if you buy both contents and buildings insurance with us.
	We don't charge an administration fee for any adjustment to your policy.

Home contents insurance
	We do cover your contents for damages made by the removal company when you move home and we don't ask for an excess.
	We do cover you up to £10,000 should your credit cards be stolen.
	We do cover damage for both laptops and mobile phones used for business purposes up to £10,000 whilst in your home.
	We do cover you against damage to home entertainment equipment, including DVD equipment and cinema systems in your home when it is occupied.
	We do cover damage to contents in your garden for up to £2,500.
	We do even cover plants, shrubs and trees if they are stolen from your garden for up to £250 per item and £2,000 in total.

Home buildings insurance
	We do give you the option of choosing a £50 excess on your policy to receive a discount of 2.5%.
	We do cover legal expenses up to £50,000 as standard for you and your family.
	We do pay for pets boarding fees if your house cannot be lived in due to covered damage.
	We do pay for replacement locks up to £1,000 if your keys are stolen.
	We do pay for removal of sewerage blockage up to £1,000.
