Agency Giving Fund 2025
We recently nominated local charity New Quay RNLI Lifeboat Station, to receive a donation of £7,899 from NFU Mutual’s national £2.33 million ‘Agency Giving Fund’.
This donation has enabled New Quay RNLI Lifeboat Station to send more of their volunteers for crucial training. It will also help meet the costs of running the station and maintaining all the life-saving equipment, plant maintenance and servicing. It also costs over £1,000 on average a year to train each crew member so the money will help them to send people on training courses to cover topics including navigation, boat handling, casualty care and first aid.
