NFU Mutual wins Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for 11th consecutive year
We’ve been recognised as a Gallup Exceptional Workplace for an 11th consecutive year, a record for a UK-based company.
The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award is given to businesses with the most engaged workplace cultures in the world, where employees feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work.
NFU Mutual is one of just a handful of businesses worldwide – and the only UK-based employer – to have won the Exceptional Workplace Award for more than 10 years.
Gallup’s research is based on the most comprehensive workplace study ever conducted, taking into account team engagement and performance of employees at almost 350 organisations across 90 countries.
Kenny Graves, HR Director at NFU Mutual, explains that an empowered and engaged workforce is central to the insurer’s strategic ambitions:
