We are checking that your current pension provider(s) is able to accept an electronic request and we will email you within 2 workdays to confirm and provide you with a personalised illustration.

If you wish to cancel your transfer, please contact us immediately by emailing New_Business_Mailbox@nfumutual.co.uk or by calling 0800 622 323.

Personal Pension Account holders:
- If you are invested in our With-Profits Fund your payment cannot be added to that fund. We will contact you after your payment has been received to ascertain the alternative fund(s) you wish to invest in.
- If you are not invested in our With-Profits Fund your payment will be applied based on the latest instructions you have given us regarding investments in your Personal Pension Account. We will notify you by post that your payment has been invested. You won't need to take any further action.
