We will review our records then either send you:
- A copy of the trust deed(s) we have in our records and a factsheet that gives information about the trust, or;
- A letter telling you that we do not have a record of your plan being in trust.
Please supply all the information requested on the form below. If you do not provide accurate and full information, this may delay us actioning your request.
