Who to contact about making a change to your policy depends on who the policy is administered by.
You or the person covered needs to tell us who the policy is administrated by if there’s a change to your's or their:
- Contact details (postal address, telephone number, email address), or;
- Bank account
Claim a benefit
How to claim a benefit from a policy depends on who the policy is administered by.
It may be useful to have the following to hand when contacting:
- Full name
- Plan/policy number
- Date of death or diagnosis
- Medical condition you wish to be considered (for Critical Illness claims).
