Online Account Help Centre: Logging In

Go to the log in page of the online account to log in.

If you're unable to log in, please make sure:

• That you have previously registered for an online account.
• That you are using the right email address and password combination.
• That you are using the valid web address via the NFU Mutual website

Your online account is temporarily locked because your password or security code was entered incorrectly a number of times.

It will be automatically unlocked after 60 minutes and you'll then be able to try logging in again.

Forgotten your password?

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it by using the 'Forgot your password?' link on the online account log in screen. Just wait 60 minutes until your account has unlocked and then follow the password reset process.

The My Investments platform is for NFU Mutual Select Investments Financial Services products. The online account is only for eligible NFU Mutual Home Insurance policies.

If you have a My Investments account, you will need to maintain separate log in details for this account.
