Before you make a claim
If you need to make a new claim please ensure you have the following:
Your name and address
Details of the incident that has led to the claim including date, circumstances and, if possible, an estimate of the cost or invoice for work completed
Your contact number
How to make a claim
To notify us of a claim you should contact your local agency office.
Out of hours emergency claims
In the event of an emergency in your premises which:
- Puts your health, or that of your employees, at risk;
- Creates a risk of damage to your premises or property;
- Creates unacceptable working conditions.
Call our Commercial Emergency Helpline 0800 197 0963 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and use option 3.
In the event of broken windows or fixed glass at your property you can utilise a 24 hour service to ensure that any broken glass is replaced without delay. For full details please refer to the Accidental Breakage of Fixed Glass cover extension of the policy.
We now employ the services of Martindales who can be contacted for emergency assistance on 01204 877177. Please note that the glass supplier details listed in the policy wording will be updated shortly. For non-urgent glass claims please follow the guidance in ‘How to make a claim’.
