How to make a change to your policy

You or the person covered needs to tell AIG if there’s a change to you or their:

  • Name
  • Contact details (postal address, telephone number, email address), or
  • Bank account

You can find details of the types of life event and cover changes you can make to your policy in the ‘Cover Details’ document for your respective policy.
