As a Mutual organisation, we are owned by our members and they get a say in how we’re run.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) happens every June and is one of the ways that eligible members can get involved in NFU Mutual democracy.

If you hold a product with us or work for us, then you're eligible to vote.

We want as many of our eligible members as possible to get involved and vote on the motions and elections that make up our democracy.

Before the AGM, members can vote:

  • on motions
  • for member nominated directors
  • for members’ council representatives
