2025 Highlights

A message from Group Chief Executive, Nick Turner
“In 2025, protecting the lives and livelihoods of our members and supporting rural communities continued to guide every decision we made.
“We focus on being an insurance company our members can rely on, helping them by repairing vehicles, restoring homes, and getting farms and businesses back up and running.
“We delivered a strong financial performance in 2025, achieving a Group profit driven largely by our global investment portfolio, and an underwriting profit.
“Many members chose to continue trusting us, with a high proportion renewing their policies throughout the year, and we rewarded that loyalty with £236m of Mutual Bonus savings. Over the last ten years we’ve awarded £2.2bn to help reduce premiums for renewing General Insurance customers.
“In 2025, we introduced a refreshed 10-year General Insurance strategy which means as we look ahead, we do so with a clear plan, strong foundations, and the resilience that has long defined our business.
“We built on our strengths over the last year while adapting to the evolving needs of our members, and my sincere gratitude goes to them. Thank you for choosing NFU Mutual, we will always strive to deliver you the very best.”
