For your convenience, our 028 37 551 612 phone number continues to be answered by our customer support centre colleagues in Glasgow from 5pm - 8pm weekdays and 9.30am - 12.30pm on Saturdays. They also provide cover on most bank holidays. Here they can take payments, provide quotations or process mid-term adjustments on motor, home, caravan, travel, horse and rider or horsebox insurances. For data protection purposes they will only be able to deal with the policyholder or an authorised person noted on the policy.
