If you’d like to speak to us about an existing policy, how to get in touch depends on whether you bought your policy from Mutual Direct or from an agency office. 

You’ll find your policy number on your policy documents.

• If your policy number starts with "008X" or "098X" and ends with "N19", you bought your policy from Mutual Direct. 
• If it doesn’t end with "N19", you bought your policy from an agency office. 
• If your policy number starts with "108P" or "198P", please refer to your policy documents that will advise who to contact.
