You can always talk to an NFU Mutual representative, whether you have an online account or not.

Who to speak to depends on where you bought your policy or if you are making a claim.

If you bought your policy from Mutual Direct, our UK-based call centre can help you 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on a Saturday.

If you bought your policy from an agency office, you should contact them. Before doing so please check their opening hours, as these can differ.
