I joined NFU Mutual in May 2005 and oversee the running of our branch to ensure that we offer a fantastic service to our clients whether they be commercial, farming or private clients. Personally I specialise in commercial and farm/estate insurance and can assist our clients with obtaining help and advice in respect of managing the health and safety of their business. I also work closely with NFU Mutual's Financial Adviser, Adam Woodward to ensure our clients have access to NFU Mutual’s financial planning services.

I joined the branch in January 2016 having worked for NFU Mutual for 13 years in a variety of roles. I specialise in commercial and private client insurance. I believe the best way to offer our insurance service is to visit you and your business, to understand how it operates to then offer my advice to ensure you are adequately covered. This could mean introducing general insurance, financial services and risk consultancy advice. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, DIY and trying to keep fit and active!

I have worked within the Holt NFU Mutual office since October 2006. My main duty within the office is as the claims handler; setting up new claims and providing on-going support until conclusion. I joined Holt's NFU Mutual branch in December 2015 as my first full time job. I look after the offices accounts as well as becoming trained up to become a fully effective customer adviser. I am also completing an apprenticeship in financial services within my first year. Outside of the office I am very keen on my sport and play both hockey and golf regularly at weekends.

I have recently joined the Holt branch after working with NFU Mutual's Financial Advisers for 14 years, covering a large geographical area. I now work in the Holt office 3 days a week supporting NFU Mutual's Financial Adviser, Adam Woodward and his clients. I am committed to ensuring that all our clients receive the best possible support to meet their financial goals. For some this means meeting an adviser they can trust for the first time and for others it’s making sure there is a regular review plan in place for them. On a personal note one of the reasons I have reduced my working hours is so I can spend more time with my family, especially my small grandchildren, and taking advantage of their early years.

I joined the Holt branch as customer sales adviser at the start of April 2016, taking a step away from the equestrian sector which I have been heavily involved with for the last 13 years. Once fully trained I will be able to assist new and existing customers when choosing and amending their policies. In my free time I spend as much time outside as possible – walking my two dogs with my husband Ian, and bringing up my young horse.
